Agave is grown and tequila is produced according to traditional methods and the phases of the moon, in the so-called "golden triangle of agave", in the Los Altos Del Sur region distillery ' Hacienda Capellania' . This tequila is a product of the passion of fertile, red land and people. Agaves are processed in high-pressure autoclaves, crushed using a drum mill, fermentation takes place in steel tanks. Distilled twice in stainless steel vessels. Local well water is used. Aged in 600 l oak barrels for at least 2 months.

Aroma: mild agave, vanilla, citrus fruits.
Taste: light smoke at the beginning, then more and more agave, citrus fruits and caramel.
Aftertaste: pleasantly sweet.
