One of the most famous and best tequilas ever made, distilled by the fifth generation of the family, carrying on the tradition for over 140 years!
This unique and special unaged Fortaleza tequila is made from 100% blue agaves, which are grown in the Sauza plantation in the city of Tequila and processed only by old traditional methods. Ripe agaves are steamed in a small brick oven. A 2 ton stone wheel -tahona is then used to slowly squeeze the juice from the agave. After adding water from the volcanic mountain of Tequila and separating the fibers, it undergoes natural fermentation in wooden tubs for 3-5 days. The exceptional tequila is obtained by double distillation in two very small copper stills.
Aromas: citrus fruits, rich cooked agave, butter, olives, hints of earth and grass, black pepper, vegetal complex.
Taste: citrus fruits, cooked agave, vanilla, basil, olives, salt, fresh grass, warm butter, lime.
Aftertaste: Long, deep and complex, yet easy to drink.
This is probably the best unaged tequila on the planet. Fantastic bursts of olives and butter. Awesome!

If the person picking up the goods is under 20 years of age, the goods will not be returned and the order will be cancelled.
