El Amo Extra Añejo is the highest quality, dark golden tequila from the highlands of the Jalisco region of Mexico - Chapel of Guadalupe . Distilled twice in copper stills and aged for 37 months in used, charred American oak barrels, this tequila has a refined aroma and a soft, delicate taste.
Aromas: mild spices, bright wood tone, sweet vanilla, caramel, roasted agave.
Palate: An intense combination of mild spices, warm butter, caramelized apples, roasted pineapple, a light hint of wild herbs and a rich woody feel.
Aftertaste: soft and long flower petals, fruit and a combination of woody notes.
