The captivating aromas of 'Amor Mío Reposado' tequila entice with passionate and complex aromas of vanilla, cooked agave and plum. The taste profile reveals bright notes of vanilla and oak, giving it a rich and smooth character. These flavors are complemented by a subtle honey sweetness that adds a touch of luxury. Fruity touches dance on the tongue, further enhancing the complexity of the tequila. This harmonious blend of flavors creates a truly pleasant and satisfying experience.
Tequila is made from blue agave grown organically in the Amatitán highlands for eight years. The unique profile of tequila is achieved by introducing an additional 'Schiller' process - tequila cooling, which allows the removal of natural impurities from the agave. Fully ripe agave is roasted in traditional brick ovens , then crushed in modern roller mills, and natural fermentation takes place in steel vats. It is slowly distilled twice in steel pots, preserving all the aromatic and taste properties of the agave. Maturation takes place in new French oak barrels and lasts 11 months, until the ideal balance and complexity of the synthesis of agave and wood is achieved.
Aromas: vanilla, cinnamon, honey, roasted agave, caramel, subtle notes of citrus fruits and preserved cherries and peaches.
Taste: silky sensation, with hints of candied fruit, vanilla, caramel, honey, and soft touches of oak and fruit.
Aftertaste: medium length with soft, sweet notes.
Designed to be enjoyed alone. Goes well with vegetable and meat stews, steaks, various snacks and fruits.
