A bittersweet, earthy flavor with herbal notes from wild agave.
Aroma: Smoky green and roasted agave, white and black pepper and touches of earthy leather and mineral soil.
Palate: smooth, sweet, dry, earthy with candied fruit, syrup and wild flower tones.
Aftertaste: smooth, creamy, dry and spicy at the end.
Agaves are roasted in an earth oven lined with stones; crushed by a mechanical mill; fermented with wild, natural yeast in a stone basin; distilled twice in small clay pots.
Raisija is essentially mezcal, only made in the tequila region of Jalisco. It can be produced from a variety of wild or cultivated agaves, with great differences in the surrounding environment, equipment and production methods. All this gives the distillate a fragrant, unique spectrum of taste and expression.

During the delivery/collection of the goods, we will check whether you are under 20 years of age.

If the person picking up the goods is under 20 years of age, the goods will not be returned and the order will be cancelled.
