And we believe it. This gourmet mezcal, faithfully in its fourth generation, is produced using authentic methods that declare love for its family, culture and roots. The distillery has 'Kosher' and 'Organica' certificates, which speak of the highest quality.
8-10-year-old ripe agaves are roasted for 3 days in an underground stone-lined, wood-fired pit, then crushed with a mechanical chopper. Fermentation takes place in wooden vats with wild, naturally occurring yeast and takes 12 to 20 days. Distilled twice in copper pots.
Mezcal with a strong character, extremely rich and very balanced flavor with an intense agave aroma, dominated by herbal, temporary flowers, light smoke, fruity notes and a long aftertaste of agave and spices.
We recommend it for light sipping and in making cocktails.

If the person picking up the goods is under 20 years of age, the goods will not be returned and the order will be cancelled.
