The French Cluizel chocolate factory, managed by the third generation of chocolatiers, carries out the entire process of chocolate production, from the processing of cocoa beans to the formation of cocoa paste and chocolate bars and candies. The biggest task of chocolatiers is to preserve the natural taste and nutritional properties of cocoa as much as possible. To achieve this, the Cluizel chocolatiers start preparing the beans already in the plantation, where they are left for the first fermentation in the plantation as soon as they are picked, then later they travel to the Cluizel manufactory, where they are slowly roasted to the perfect texture. The roasting stage is one of the most important to reveal the natural properties of the cocoa bean.

If the person picking up the goods is under 20 years of age, the goods will not be returned and the order will be cancelled.
