Bacanora is an ancient, handcrafted drink produced only in the state of Sonora. 'Santo Cuviso' translates as Holy Bacanora. This unique distillate from maestro Bacanorero Rumaldo Flores Amarillas has a dry, complex profile with peppery and earthy harmonies. Created to remind you that sometimes the best way to revive the soul is to allow yourself to be kissed by a sacred sip.

Created according to ancient traditional production methods: mature wild agave cores are roasted for several days in ovens installed in pits in the ground, using mesquite wood, then ground with a hand grinder. Then the resulting agave juice is poured into wooden vats with well water and begins a 4-day fermentation with wild yeast. Then it is distilled twice in handmade copper and steel alembics.
Crystal clear, medium viscosity distillate.
Aromas: passionate and rich, earthy with subtle notes of mint, anise, and wood.
Taste: Sour at first, then dry, complex, slightly smoky, naturally sweet with alternating hints of pepper, oregano, celery, grapes, mint candy, spicy spices and earthy minerals at the finish.
We recommend sipping it alone, pairing it with food (salads, blue cheeses, seafood) or mixing it in cocktails.

If the person picking up the goods is under 20 years of age, the goods will not be returned and the order will be cancelled.
