The uniqueness of this tequila is that half of the agaves used are grown in the highlands of Jalisco, and the other half are from the lowlands or the valley. This combination gives tequila different aromatic and flavor characteristics specific to each region: a blend of herbal, citrus and spice notes reminiscent of the lowlands, combined with fruity notes of cherries and pears from the highlands.
Old traditions and modern technologies meet in production. Lowland agaves are traditionally baked in a stone oven, crushed with a stone wheel - tahona, fermented in open wooden containers with natural yeast and distilled twice in steel pots. Agaves from the highlands are modernly baked in a pressure oven - autoclave, crushed by a multi-stage mechanical mill, fermented in stainless steel tanks and distilled twice in steel pots.
The two distillates are then mixed and the result is a perfect blend of two unique distillates.
Aromas: citrus fruits, pineapple, pears, flowers, fresh herbs, spices, corn.
Palate: Firm and full-bodied, excellent balance with notes of sweet roasted agave, citrus, vanilla and black pepper.
We recommend sipping with fruit, paired with appetizers and mixed with all tequila cocktails. Great tequila!

If the person picking up the goods is under 20 years of age, the goods will not be returned and the order will be cancelled.
