Unaged, premium 100% agave tequila from the highlands of Jalisco. This unique tequila is a blend of two distilleries.
'Casa Siete Leguas' is one of the most respected and popular tequila producers in the world, producing tequila in two distilleries on a hill in the town of Atotonilco. In the old distillery ' Fabrica el Centenario' the agave is roasted in brick ovens and crushed with a stone tahona, pulled by mules - the only place where this is still done! Fermentation with agave fibers takes place in steel tanks with wild yeast, and double distillation - in copper pots. In the 'Fabrica La Vencedora' distillery the agave is roasted in brick ovens, crushed with modern roller mills, fermentation - in steel tanks without fibers. Distillation is done twice in copper pots.
Aromas: green grass, mint, wild herbs, sweet pineapple and pear, rich agave, shades of citrus fruits and their peels, light reflections of lime and flower blossoms, sharper tones of cloves and cinnamon.
Taste: warm and silky, lightly refreshing, very balanced , cooked agave with notes of different herbs and citrus fruits, mint, pear, slightly sharp acidity, clay tones, salty butter, later sweetening.
Aftertaste: a refreshing and long- lasting mosaic of flavors with fruity sweetness, wood and vanilla.
Designed to be enjoyed on its own, but perfect for special cocktails, goes well with tacos or other snacks.

If the person picking up the goods is under 20 years of age, the goods will not be returned and the order will be cancelled.
