Agaves are grown in the highlands of the Jalisco region - Capilla de Guadalupe. Tequila is made from 7-9 year old blue agaves. Distilled twice in steel vessels. Aged in American white oak barrels, All natural, without any artificial flavors, colors or sweeteners.
Color: bright, light yellow
Aromas: herbs and savory notes dominate: vanilla, coconut, roasted coffee beans, hot peppers and brown sugar.
Taste: a soft and refreshing acidity is felt, combining with toasted wood.
Aftertaste: complex of many spices with subtle notes of fruit and vanilla.
