The mezcal of wild Tepeztate agaves, matured for 25-30 years, has a more herbal character with spicy, woody, fruity hints.
Aromas: vegetal olive and caper tones, spicy smoke.

Aftertaste: grapefruit, sweet fruits and vegetables.
