Authentic, organic, sustainable, unaged mezcal is made from organically certified agave, taking into account traditional production methods, sustainability and quality of life. Agaves are roasted in a pit lined with stones using oak and pine wood, then crushed with a tahona (a horse-drawn stone wheel) and naturally fermented in wooden vats. Distilled twice in small copper vessels.
A complex aroma full of fruity and herbal notes such as anise, banana, pineapple and green asparagus. A harmonious smoky note is felt, followed by fresh cut grass, green agave, honey and flowers. In the mouth, there is a balance between roasted and green agave with grassy, nutty and smoky tones.
We recommend enjoying it with an orange slice and chili salt, with avocado and yellow tomato. Mezcal is also perfect for making cocktails.

If the person picking up the goods is under 20 years of age, the goods will not be returned and the order will be cancelled.
