Exclusive and strong, the mezcal of wild Tepeztate agaves, matured for 25-30 years, has a more herbal character with spicy, woody, fruity hints. This distillate embodies the rich heritage and craftsmanship of traditional mezcal production.
Aromas: herbal olives, peppers, capers and subtle floral tones, spicy smoke.
Palate: mild roasted agave and tropical fruits, green herbs, burnt wood, with a nuance of black pepper and melon peel.
Aftertaste: grapefruit, sweet fruits and vegetables.
Only traditional methods are used in production to refine and concentrate the flavor of the mezcal and capture the true essence of the Tepeztate agave : the agave baked in underground pits lined with stones and fired with wood, then crushed with stone rollers, and fermentation takes place in wooden tanks under the open sky, with natural environmental yeast . Distillation is done twice in copper pots.

During the delivery/collection of the goods, we will check whether you are under 20 years of age.

If the person picking up the goods is under 20 years of age, the goods will not be returned and the order will be cancelled.
