In mystical Mexico, there is a very special bird that carries only good wishes from one place to another, from the earth, from the sky - it is the hummingbird, which pollinates and cultivates the agave. Hummingbirds are considered messengers of God. That is why Mezcal Trascendente chose it for its logo and with this gesture sends its best wishes for a transcendent life full of spiritual connections, wisdom and health. The distillery aims to preserve all surrounding ecosystems, restore hummingbird habitats, and promote a culture of respect for nature and ancestral traditions.
This exceptional mezcal combines 3 agave varieties: Espadín, Tobalá and Cuishe, giving the distillate a complex flavor profile and a unique aroma. Espadín agave gives the mezcal a delicate herbal, citrus, earthy and smoky flavor, Tobalá - delicate notes of sweet fruits, flowers and spices, and Cuishe - citrus and intense mineral and spice complexity. The experience of this mezcal opens up an explosion of sensations in the mouth, and the neurons stimulate endless emotions!

'Mezcal Trascendente', according to ancient ancestral traditions, is produced in the Tlacolula Valley of the state of Oaxaca, which is considered one of the purest agave harvest areas in the entire state. The agave is organically grown on its own plantation. Mature (Espadin after 7 years, Tobala after 10-12 years, Cuishe after 10-15 years) agaves are carefully selected and roasted in earthen ovens lined with volcanic stones, using sweet wood. Once cooled, the agaves are crushed with a hand pestle to extract all the juice. Fermentation takes place in wooden vats with wild yeast. During this process, with the help of yeast, the sugar is converted into alcohol, called tepache. This is followed by a slow and careful double distillation process with special filtration in steel pots.

Aromas: distinctive and interesting, dominated by earthy and various herbal notes, subtle sweet spices, roasted agave and citrus shades with a calm touch of smoke.
Taste: very complex, balanced, with pleasant smoke, agave, herbs, wood and fruit sweetness.

We recommend sipping it alone, with fruit and trying it in cocktails, it is perfect as an aperitif.
