A perfectly balanced, unaged mezcal with a very mild smokiness. Made by combining two species of sustainable agave: Espadin (Angustifolia) from the state of Oaxaca and Tobala (Potatorum) from Puebla. Agaves are grown from fertilized naturally grown seeds, creating a sustainable, earth-friendly product. Mezcal is produced using traditional rural methods: agaves are roasted in conical, stone-lined and wood-burning pits, then crushed with a stone tahona, and natural fermentation with wild yeast takes place in wooden tanks. Distilled twice in copper stills.
Aromas: green apples, citrus fruits, roasted agave, caramel, field herbs, brown sugar.
Taste: smooth, sweet, very fruity, slightly more sour and earthy notes, with shades of peaches, figs, plums.
Aftertaste: short, but very light and smooth.
We recommend it for light sipping, in cocktails or with BBQ meat dishes.

During the delivery/collection of the goods, we will check whether you are under 20 years of age.

If the person picking up the goods is under 20 years of age, the goods will not be returned and the order will be cancelled.
