Special, traditional artisan mezcal from the mezcal capital of Oaxaca state. El Occidental Mezcal Oaxaca uses only organic agave and traditional production methods: agaves are roasted for 3 days in pits in the ground, then crushed with a mechanical mill; organic fermentation takes place outdoors in large wooden vats. Distilled twice in copper stills. The result is a smooth and smoky mezcal accompanied by herbal and floral aromas.
We recommend sipping on its own, with orange slices and caterpillar salt, or mixed into cocktails.
