A special, fragrant and versatile corn liqueur from the city of Jilotepec, the capital of Mexican corn cobs. Made from large and tender 'Cachauazintle' corn grown in the high valleys and foothills of the Nevado de Toluca volcano. It is produced according to the old traditions of the ancestors, starting with the 'base madre' maceration: the kernels are separated from the corn cob, which are roasted and lightly heated with corn distillate, thus extracting the protein juice. Later, the corn kernels are washed, dried, roasted for 4 hours, ground into fine flour, which is dissolved in a tank with hot water and stirred for a long time. Later, yeast is added for more than 120 hours. a fermentation process takes place, resulting in a sweet wort that is distilled until it reaches 30% alcohol strength and then bottled in unique cob-shaped bottles.

Color: intense straw with golden accents.
Aroma: Cornbread, butter, roasted corn, vanilla and caramel.
Taste: Sweet corn notes are perfectly balanced with dried fruit, candied nuts, roasted corn, vanilla and caramel tones.
