A unique liqueur that combines gastronomy and mixology. It is the union of two worlds, where Mexican chef Roberto Ruiz and master distiller Javier Pulido have created a magical fiesta of aromas and flavors.
Mexican Jalapeño peppers are grown for 8 months in an organic garden in Segovia. Later, they are smoked, dried and cured for 6 months according to the old artisan recipes. As a result of these processes, Jalapeño peppers turn into Chipotle chili, which is soaked in alcohol with 5 plant components: citrus peels, cinnamon, cocoa, allspice, thyme. After this maceration process, the liqueur is further aged in oak barrels used in the production of Pedro Ximénez wine.
Aromas: smoke, chili pepper, ripe fruit, caramel, citrus.
Palate: A burst of elegant spiciness in the first sip, smoky, intense, raisin, wild flower and citrus notes.
Aftertaste: spicy, smoky, lemony.
We recommend sipping alone, on ice with an orange slice or to give cocktails a unique character.

If the person picking up the goods is under 20 years of age, the goods will not be returned and the order will be cancelled.
