Almave distillate is not tequila, as it cannot be called that according to the regulations on the alcohol content of tequila. Respecting the name of tequila and applying old technologies and innovative processes, a complex non-alcoholic distillate has been created from agave grown in the highlands of Los Altos, in the state of Jalisco.
Almave - the purest expression of blue agave in a non-alcoholic form, full of balance and clear versatility!
The unique production process allows us to maintain the traditional distillation method and bring out the character and uniqueness of the blue agave plant. The agave is roasted in brick ovens and crushed. Then, instead of fermenting, the agave with fibers is distilled several times in copper pots to concentrate and capture the complexity, subtle aromas and flavors of authentic tequila.
Aromas: fresh agave, green fruits, herbs and other plants.
Taste: light, with hints of sweet agave, grass, earth and spices, and a great balance of acidity, subtle tang and bitterness.

During the delivery/collection of the goods, we will check whether you are under 20 years of age.

If the person picking up the goods is under 20 years of age, the goods will not be returned and the order will be cancelled.
