A unique, limited edition distillate in our range! Bacanora is an ancient, handcrafted drink produced only in the state of Sonora.
This "Honey Water" (Aguamiel in Spanish) has an exceptional sweetness, smoky taste and herbal aroma. Created according to authentic family production methods: ripe agave cores are roasted in pit ovens , then crushed by hand and naturally fermented with wild yeast in wooden vats. After fermentation, the wort is distilled twice in steel and copper stills.
Color: the fruits are transparent, slightly oily in the glass.
Aromas: earthy and smoky at first, then herbal and woody.
Taste: soft texture, sweet smoke, mild notes of anise, licorice root.
Aftertaste: long and sweet with soft tones of agave, herbs and wood.
We recommend sipping it alone, combining it with food (salads, blue cheeses, seafood) or mixing it in cocktails.

During the delivery/collection of the goods, we will check whether you are under 20 years of age.
During delivery, the courier always checks the document of the Buyer or the person receiving the goods and makes sure that the age of the Buyer/person receiving the goods is not less than 20 years old. If the person picking up the goods is under 20 years of age, the goods will not be returned and the order will be cancelled.
We carry out and actually deliver customer orders in compliance with the restrictions and prohibitions specified in the Law on Alcohol Control of the Republic of Lithuania (that is, orders are not actually delivered from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m., from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Sundays and on September 1).
