818 tequilas use organically grown agave from the Los Valles region of Tequila, which is roasted in traditional brick ovens for a minimum of 30 hours. It is then crushed with motorized Tahona stone wheels, and the extracted juice, called “mosto”, is naturally fermented in unique wood and stainless steel tanks for approximately 48 hours, using the remaining agave fiber, with local yeast to give a deeper aromatic expression. It is distilled in copper alembic pots twice: first to 24% alcohol by volume, and then to 48% alcohol by volume. Local spring water is used for dilution.
Aromas: vanilla, lemongrass, delicate floral elements, citrus fruits, chamomile and light minerality.
Taste: sweet notes of honey and vanilla, with hints of tropical and citrus fruits
Aftertaste: slightly mild, sweet with bright notes of almonds, key lime pie and toasted coconut.

If the person picking up the goods is under 20 years of age, the goods will not be returned and the order will be cancelled.
